Buying Mackays

Where can we buy your products?

We’ve recently added a stockist map to our website. Simply select your state and a list of retailers in your state will pop up.
If you from out with the USA, visit our international page for a list of countries where Mackays is available and where you can find international export contact details.

Do you have an online shop?

Unfortunately we can’t ship directly to the USA, from our UK base, however, if you visit http://mybrands.com/Brands/Mackays you’ll be able to buy within the USA, for delivery to your door.

I want to become a stockist of Mackays – how do I do it?

If you would like to send an email to usa@mackays.com we’ll pass the details onto the relevant people, who can help you.

Can I buy your products around the world?

We currently ship Mackays to 54 countries around the world. If you’d like further information on Mackays in your country, please email aroundtheworld@mackays.com with your enquiry.

Product Enquiries

Are your products suitable for people with special dietary requirements?

Yes – our products are generally suitable for people with dietary requirements. Please visit our range and look at the credentials against each product.

How should your products be stored?

Our products can be stored in the cupboard, away from sunlight, until opened. Once the jar is opened, please store in the refrigerator and consume within 28 days (if it lasts that long).

How are your products made?

Our marmalades, preserves and curds are all made the authentic way in open copper pans. This is the traditional way to make preserves.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our marmalades and preserves have a shelf life of four years from date of manufacture. Our curds have a three-year shelf life from date of manufacture.

Are your products made with whole fruit?

Yes, we use whole fruit, not fruit puree, in our preserves.

Do you use Scottish soft fruit?

Yes, we source all our strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants for our preserves from berry fields of central Scotland.
